[8/13 7:30PM] AtHeart (앳하트) - 1st EP [Plot Twist] SHOWCASE EVENT 당첨자 안내

1. 쇼케이스 이벤트가 8월 13일 (수) PM 7:30 (KST)에 시작 될 예정이며, 현장 상황에 따라 변동이 될 수 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다.

 티켓 배부처 오픈 시간 : PM 5:30 

 로비 오픈 시간 : PM 6:30 

 하우스 오픈 시간 : PM 7:00

2. 아래 신분증 외의 수단으로는 신분 확인이 불가하며, 사진이 부착된 신분증으로만 확인 가능합니다.

   ※ 촬영한 사진 및 스캔본 등 실물 외에는 확인이 불가합니다.

   ※ 유효기간이 만료된 신분증으로는 본인 확인이 불가합니다.

   ① 내국인(성인) : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 기간 만료 전 여권, 모바일 신분증(정부24, 행정안전부&경찰청, PASS 발급)

   ② 내국인(미성년자) : 청소년증(주민센터 발급), 생년월일이 기재된 학생증, 기간 만료 전 여권

       * 학생증에 생년월일 혹은 주민등록번호가 기재되지 않은 경우,

         본인 주민등록번호를 확인할 수 있는 등본 또는 의료보험증 실물 서류를 함께 지참하셔야 합니다. (캡처본 불가)

   ③ 외국인 : 여권, 외국인 등록증

       * Foreign participants can only enter if their name and passport\'s English name are the same.

3. 쇼케이스 관련 티켓 양도 적발 시 입장이 불가능하며 이후 개최되는 모든 이벤트의 참여가 제한됩니다.

4. 현장 질서를 위하여 반드시 현장 스태프의 안내를 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

5. 티켓 수령 후 쇼케이스 내부 입장 시 퇴장이 불가능하며, 퇴장 시 재입장이 불가하오니 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다.

6. 반드시 본인 자리에만 착석이 가능하며 임의 변경이나 좌석 교환 등은 불가능합니다.

7. 위의 안내 드린 내용 외에도 진행에 지나치게 방해가 된다고 판단되는 경우 STAFF의 제지가 있을 수 있습니다.

- 이벤트 응모 기간 내 응모의 목적으로 구입하신 상품은 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

- 당첨자 발표 후 당첨자 정보(이름, 연락처 등) 변경은 절대 불가합니다.

- 이벤트 응모 시 작성한 모든 개인정보(이름, 연락처, 생년월일 등)는 이벤트 종료 이후 30일 이내에 폐기됩니다.

1. The showcase event is scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM (KST) on Wednesday, August 13, and the schedule may change depending on on-site circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

 Ticket office opening hours : 5:30 PM

 Lobby opening hours : 6:30 PM

 House opening hours : 7:00 PM

2. Identification will only be accepted with the IDs listed below, and only physical photo IDs are valid.

 ※ Photos, scanned copies, or any non-physical forms will not be accepted.

 ※ Expired IDs will not be accepted.

① Korean nationals (adults):

Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, valid (non-expired) Passport, Mobile ID (issued via Government24, Ministry of the Interior & Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS)

② Korean nationals (minors): Youth ID Card (issued by community service centers), Student ID Card with date of birth stated, valid Passport

 *If the student ID does not display date of birth or Resident Registration Number, you must also bring a physical copy of a Resident     Registration Certificate or Health Insurance Card (screenshots not accepted).

③ Foreign nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card

 * Foreign participants can only enter if their name and passport\'s English name are the same.

3. If unauthorized ticket transfer is detected, entry will be denied, and participation in all future events will be restricted.

4. For safety and order, please follow all instructions from on-site staff.

5. Once you have entered the showcase venue, you cannot leave and re-enter.

6. You must sit in your assigned seat. Seat changes or exchanges are strictly prohibited.

7. In addition to the above, staff may intervene if your actions are deemed to cause excessive disruption to the event.

8. Products purchased for the purpose of event entry during the application period are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

9. Once winners are announced, winner information (name, contact number, etc.) cannot be changed.

All personal information collected during event application (name, contact number, date of birth, etc.) will be destroyed within 30 days after the event ends.
